For a current list of constituents, you can use:
- FactSet: In the top navigation bar under My Apps, select Screening under Research. In Select Criteria put the index name (i.e. S&P 500). See Results for the list.
- LSEG Workspace: Type the index name/ticker in the search box and select the appropriate index. Once information loads, select the Constituents tab. Includes the option to view "Leavers & Joiners"
For historical lists:
- Bloomberg: Type the index name/ticker in the search box and select the appropriate index. Then type MEMB to get to the constituents. There is a date selector at the top.
